We may collect the following types of personal information from our customers:  Name, phone number, and mailing address in addition to billing address and payment details which are processed securely. Eye prescriptions, related medical details provided for eyewear customization as well as purchase history.  

Edgar’s Eyewear collects your information in the following ways: Directly from you, through forms, purchases, or communications (in-store, online, or by phone).  We collect and use your information to process orders and deliver prescription glasses. To communicate with you regarding orders, services, and promotions and to maintain and improve our services.  As well as to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.  

Edgar’s Eyewear implements stringent security measures to protect your data. We access control to limit data access to authorized personnel only and we also have regular monitoring and updates to safeguard against vulnerabilities. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Edgar’s Eyewear does not sell your personal information. SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of the SMS are not shared with any third party or affiliate company for marketing purposes.

Edgar’s Eyewear will collect customer consent to opt in to SMS messaging in the office via a paper document. Customer will sign a paper document in the office if they agree to receive text messages related to customer care from Edgar’s Eyewear. This document can only be signed in person while in the office.
