Our first consideration is the Safety and Health of our patients and staff. In light of the recent outbreak of the COVID-19, we want to ensure the safety of our patients and employees. We ask our patients to make an appointment ahead of visiting our office. This will ensure that only one patient will be in the office at a time. Our office has implemented a clean and safe disinfection process.
Additionally, we ask that you notify our staff prior to your scheduled appointment if:
· You have traveled to a high risk country or any other COVID-19 affected area in the last 14 days.
· You have had close contact with a person who tested positive for COVID -19.
· You have a fever, any lower respiratory symptoms or symptoms of the flu. If this is the case, we recommend you contact your primary care physician.
If any of the above is applicable, we respectfully ask you to reschedule your appointment for a later date. We feel it is important to protect the safety of our patients and employees and appreciate your cooperation in doing so.
As this is an evolving situation, we will be monitoring and adjusting our plans accordingly and will continue to keep you updated.
